Chamkar Sneh is a name of resort in a village of an island west of Phnom Penh which takes around 18.5 km from the center of Phnom Penh to this island. It’s Koh Toch village, known as Silk Island where Silk is being produced and sold. This resort lets you see and learn the tradition of silk production step by step while enjoying your time with other things you offer there.
