I recommend this place for those who like quiet place to visit and swim or even home stay. Kep has all of these, especially the bungalows, nice ones.  Getting a bus ticket from Phnom Penh to Kep is easy and one way directly. Don’t forget Kep the quiet province to visit and remember to eat the crap there. 🙂
